Ms. Feng has presided over 2 provincial and ministerial level projects, 2 university level projects, and participated in 2 national social science and national self-science projects and 5 provincial and ministerial level projects. Two monographs will be published by Routledge and Tsinghua University Press respectively in the near future, covering the topics of writing assessment and learner engagement, regression analysis and (quasi-) experimental design.

The Effective and Meaningful Techniques of Teaching the Present Perfect Tense to Non-Native Speakers in China; 2. Effective Strategies for Teaching Vocabulary; 3.  Effective Methods of Teaching English for Chinese Language Learners to Improve Speaking; 4.  The Role of Skill Acquisition Theory and Declarative/Procedural Model in Empirical Research on Second Language Acquisition; 5.  A Review of Empirical Research on Corrective Feedback in SLA; 6.  A Review of Empirical Research on Error Correction in Second Language Writing Classes. Huilan Yang, Ph.D. of University of Western Ontario, Canada/Associate Professor of Zhejiang Gongshang University

Huilan Yang, Ph.D. of University of Western Ontario, Canada, Associate Professor, Zhejiang Gongshang University. Her research interests include educational psychology and psycholinguistics. Her research focuses on vocabulary acquisition, metaphor processing and bilingual differences among Chinese and English bilinguals. She also serves as a reviewer for international SSCI journals such as “Language, Cognition and Neuroscience” and “Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology”. She was selected as the Leading Talents Program of Zhejiang University – Young Outstanding Talents and the West Lake Young Scholars of Zhejiang Gongshang University.
